- Determine Customization Requirements: Our sales representatives will communicate with you to understand your specific requirements regarding the size, functions and other aspects of the lamps.
- Sample Customization: After the requirements are determined, the factory will produce samples according to the customized materials and requirements, and keep you updated on the progress at any time.
- Sample Acceptance: After completion, we deliver the sample for your inspection. You can raise any concerns and we’ll make adjustments till you’re satisfied.
- Pay Deposit and Start Production: Upon approving the sample, pay the deposit (usually [50]% of total). We then start full production, keeping you informed.
- Product Acceptance: After the production is completed, we will conduct a final inspection and share photos/reports with you for confirmation.
- Pay Balance and Ship the Goods: After product acceptance, pay the balance. We’ll ship via your chosen method and provide a tracking number for you to monitor delivery.
